About Talent Hub - Brighton Recruitment Agency

Cath trained as a professional actress working on stage and screen until she decided to give up the glitz and glamour of it all for recruitment. She cut her teeth in London where she worked for eight years as a recruiter at agencies that specialised in TV, film and advertising. Cath moved to Brighton in 2010 and spent a year at a leading national recruitment agency, where she focused on marketing and office support jobs. There she excelled and was awarded ‘Newcomer of the Year’ award. Whilst working for this company, she saw a gap in Brighton for a 'specialist' marketing recruitment company, with a twist! And in March 2011, Cath and Liz launched Talent Hub.  She is also a member of the REC and a qualified recruiter.

Clare has been with Talent hHb for a year, and worked her way up to a fully-fledged and fabulous Consultant.

She brought a wealth of experience to Talent Hub, having worked in Advertising, TV and Fashion Clare brought a creative and fresh and perspective to the recruiting world. 

Clare is an invaluable member of the team and has become the go-to person for candidates and clients alike.  She also holds the record for the most Thank You cards and gifts received from happy candidates.

After graduating with a marketing degree from Southampton University, Liz spent the next 13 years honing her skills in the industry. She spent 4 years working client side in the IT, telecommunications, financial services and retail sectors before moving agency side to work at three of London’s top 10 digital marketing agencies as an Account Director. This experience has given her a unique understanding of the skills and talent required to create and run successful marketing strategies and campaigns. Liz is incredibly proud of Talent Hub and since setting it up, it has been the most challenging and fun 2 years of her career.

Margot has been a full-time member of Talent Hub from day one and is an integral part of the team,  Margot's role as Front of House includes, greeting all guests, being centre of attention and eating whatever food falls on the floor.  She can be demanding for the odd tickle, and sometime likes to join in a meeting by sitting on someone's lap.
