We screen CVs and hold telephone interviews then meet shortlisted candidates face-to-face for a competency-based interview. We’ll then write personal profiles, for those that make the grade, and submit them with their CVs.

We keep the process running smoothly throughout including interviews and managing offers, packages and acceptances. We can even check references.
