Customer Experience Manager – UX

Salary up to £35,000

12 month fixed term contract


We have a super UX , Customer Experience opportunity! Working as part of a data focused digital team the Customer Experience Manager will be responsible for understanding the customer journey online,creating suggestions for improvements based on data findings and building wireframes for design team to deliver. Working with the wider marketing team and internal stakeholders this new role will make a real impact.

Key responsibilities:

Ownership of the digital user experience, mapping existing and new journeys

Ownership and maintenance of digital personas to drive user centred design

Monitoring the user experience using Hotjar and Google Analytics to find and solve issues with existing and future user journeys

Feed the backlog of developments with improvements to the user experience

Work with the digital and Marketing teams to design improvements

Owning the online experience, you’ll be a key part of all user testing to ensure that it’s delivered as designed

What you will need:

Proven experience in a UX,driving user journey’s through data driven insight

Experience of wireframing

Experience of using HotJar or similar packages to plan points in user journeys

Passion for the UX and Customer Experience world, drive to learn and develop

Great communication skills
