Marketing Analyst

East Grinstead / Hybrid

This is a new Digital Marketing Analyst position working into the Digital Marketing Manager and as part of a large, friendly and supportive marketing department.

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst with digital analytics experience to come in and take ownership, create a view of their digital marketing performance and provide recommendations to improve campaigns

You will delve into:

  • Website performance, user behaviour identifying trends

  • Performance of PPC, SEO and Social campaigns, analytics across all digital touchpoints

  • Provide qualitative and quantitate analysis and insight to support and influence future marketing campaign planning

  • Deliver website performance forecast updates using analytical tools

  • Work with digital marketing agencies being responsible internally for settingup and managing reporting for the marketing department through dashboards and automated reports

  • Be responsible for Google Tag Managerand implementation for all analytic tracking for digital marketing campaigns.

What you will need for the Digital Marketing Analyst job:

  • Educated to Degree level or equivalent

  • Extensive experience working with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Google Tag Manager, Firebase and Data Studio for reporting / dashboarding

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills essential with an ability to combine and interpret high volumes of data from multiple sources

  • Excellent understanding of UX and online user behaviour

  • Experience in delivering web/app projects

  • Experience of working with EPiServer CMS and Umbraco is an advantage
