Talent Hub is leading the search for an experienced Digital Marketing Lead on behalf of a thriving outdoor sports brand based in Brighton & Hove.

As Digital Marketing Lead, you’ll take charge of digital campaign execution, focusing on paid media, digital analytics, email marketing, content creation, paid social, and website projects.
You’ll work closely with their experienced Marketing Manager and coach a talented team of marketers to deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities for this Digital Marketing Lead include:
Work collaboratively with the Marketing Manager to craft and execute the digital marketing strategy for 2 major brands
Lead and execute paid media and Paid Social campaigns, and optimise and analyse them. Maximise ROI
Oversee digital analytics, reporting on KPIs and campaign effectiveness for marketing
Drive email marketing, a/b testing and email campaign improvement
Write, edit and update content across their website, leading the marketing team on projects
Lead social media and website projects, ensuring engaging user experiences
Coach and support the marketing team’s growth and performance
What You Will Need for this Digital Lead Role:
Proven expertise in paid media (Google Ads, Meta Ads, and knowledge of display/programmatic)
Digital analytics skills for campaign reporting and performance measurement
Strong experience in email marketing, content creation, and social media
Experience managing website content and supporting web projects
Experience in delivering partner digital campaign activity
Demonstrated ability to coach and develop a team of marketers
Proven success in a senior digital marketing executive/manager, digital performance or eComms role
Background in either sports, adventure or travel marketing or an avid interest in these areas.
Budget management skills and the ability to optimise ROI
Excellent writing skills and attention to detail
Experience using these tools or similar: Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Lightroom and Premiere Pro), Excel, Mailchimp, Semrush, Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, Looker Studio, Google Search Console and Hotjar
