​Strategic Product Development Manager (CLOSED)

Salary up to £60,000

East Grinstead/ Hybrid

Working within the Leisure and Membership sector, we are looking for a Product Development Manager / Product Manager with a background in the travel or outdoor leisure markets.

Key responsibilities include:

• Propose, develop and deliver new strategic product opportunities

• Develop, implement and manage the strategic product lifecycle

• Strategic Product Development, optimising customers experience

• Work with stakeholders to specify strategic product development opportunities

• Work with insight and planning team to ensure understanding of the customer needs are met, challenges and opportunities

• Identify new strategic partners, new product development

• Ensure any product innovations adhere to any UK and European legal and regulatory framework

• Work closely with product owners, marketing and commercial teams to identify and support marketing campaign delivery to achieve the strategic products business objectives

For this Head of Strategic Product Development role you will need:

• Previous Product Development or Product Management experience, ideally within travel sectors

• Previously worked in a similar role at senior level

• Experience of managing people and external agenice

• Ability to prepare Business Cases for new product developments

• Strong negotiation skills

• Skills in analysing data, Tableau experience would be an advantage (but not essential)

• Ability to communicate with a wide range of internal and internal stakeholders
