Salary up to £180,000 plus benefits
Remote role
Talent Hub is working in partnership with a successful and growing eCommerce company, top 10 ‘household’ brand in their industry, in the United States. Their rapidly growing marketing team is looking for an SEO Director who is at the top of their game, with success in leading SEO within a leading retail brand in the eCommerce sector.
As part of the leadership team, this is a key hire for the business.
Responsibilities include:
Create and deliver the SEO strategy, identifying both short- and long-term growth opportunities, and working alongside the wider teams, to build a roadmap to support organic growth goals.
Be responsible for SEO growth goals, defining the strategy and approach for scaling growth.
Own and develop the framework of how the SEO program directly contributes to the core business, including reporting on the overall performance of SEO over time and drawing actionable insights to further improve growth.
Track and optimize search results and search performance across major search channels to improve rankings.
Manage the internal SEO team, as well as manage relations and collaborate with 3rd party agencies for SEO-related campaigns
For this SEO Director position, you must have:
Previously worked at senior level in SEO for a B2C retail eCommerce brand
In-house background would be ideal
Excellent working knowledge of SEO, be ahead of the game in terms of trends and latest developments
Proven skills in creating successful SEO strategies for online businesses
Be skilled in various website reporting tools, including SEM Rush, AHREFS, ScreamingFrog, MOz etc
Previously succeeded in improving SEO rankings in competitive markets, globally
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously within a complex organisation
Excellent negotiation, influence, and relationship-building skills
