Talent Hub is working in partnership with an established company, working internationally both B2B and B2C. Their marketing department is expanding and one of the new jobs for the team is for a skilled Social Media Manager, with skills in not just content creation, but engagement, creativity, strategy, planning and being involved in the trends and latest topics.
Responsibilities for the social media and Community Manager include:
Working with the strategist,you’ll cover all aspects of social, from managing channels and creating incredible content, to analysing data and social listening to devise impactful campaigns and engagement strategies.
Responsible for community development,you'll bring an enthusiastic approach to engaging, nurturing and growing their digital community, employing effective tactics that help attract and lead conversations with new audiences.
Seek out partnership opportunities with companies, influencers and thought leaders across a diverse range of industries. You’ll be empowered to create innovative strategies and collaborations that amplify our brand in new markets.
Support the team in planning and running their on location video studio, directing videographers, creating live content and directing the onsite social media team at events.
Pitching and contribute to content ideation sessions, leveraging audience understanding to come up with engaging campaigns and content.
Social Paid for ads: You’ll take a lead role in managing our digital ads. Structuring campaigns within budget and reporting their success.
For this job you must have:
Working in a similar Social media Manager jobs for at least 4-5 years.
Be a digital specialist, fluent in commercial use of LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tik Tok and other channels
Have extensive experience creating successful social content in a variety of formats
Experience in managing online communities and growing audiences
The ability to create digital ads using LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube
A good understanding of digital marketing practices and principles, particularly for social
Experience using digital analytics tools and creating social/ad reports
A good degree in a related subject (such as media, marketing, or events) or other marketing qualifications and certifications
