Brighton/ Hybrid

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with Social Media Experience or Social Media Specialist to join a creative and supportive marketing team. You will lead on influencer campaigns, drive and deliver their social media strategy.

Key responsibilities for the Social Media Manager include:

  • ·Formulate the social media strategy and implement the strategy across all social channels

  • ·Planning and writing posts in line with wider content and campaign plans, both for B2C and B2B audiences depending on the platform

  • ·Creating and manage paid campaigns and partnerships where needed

  • ·Managing the analysis, testing and reporting of campaign performance, providing detailed learnings to help improve results

  • ·Become the go-to for internal stakeholders to help build social media as an extension to existing marketing campaigns, providing insight, budget options and estimated return against objectives

  • ·Ensuring consistency of messaging and brand tone of voice across social media

  • ·Seeking out opportunities to create new relationships with influencers, partners and brands, working alongside their PR agency

For this Social Media Manager you will need:

  • ·Proven success in creating and delivering, multiple social media campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition

  • ·Experience of social media audits, recommending improvements and analysis

  • ·Experience of working with a medium or large marketing team, great stakeholder management and communication skills

  • ·Be a champion for social across all channels, invested in social updates and changes

  • ·Background in travel, leisure, membership, retail or financial services across b2c or b2b
