We are looking for someone from a B2B Marking background, working within the intermediary / partnership channels, both online and offline. This is a wide ranging role so someone who is excellent at communication and can get involved in all aspects of the role is vital.

Overview of key responsibilities:

  • To conceive & deliver an innovative, integrated offline and online marketing strategy for the Intermediary route to market
  • To be an owner of the marketing and communications plan, both online and offline, and ensure that it is aligned to strategic priorities at all times – and owner of its associated financial and customer targets
  • To develop and implement campaigns and communication activities within agreed timescales and budgets across all media types including the use of the prospect and customer databases, trade media, networks and portals; Develop and deliver content reflecting either key campaign or brand messages for the intermediary portal using the CMS.
  • Manage relationships internally and externally (creative agencies, media agencies, network contacts etc.) to maximise performance of marketing plans against sales and financial measures
  • Collate, report and analyse campaign performance / other management information against agreed KPIs and make recommendations for performance improvements across all media types
  • Assist in the development of activity to deliver insight from our key customers and prospects.
  • Develop further enhancements to the intermediaries contact strategy supporting the Sales team in making the most of every new relationship.
  • Collate, report and analyse product, market research and customer insight to support the development of marketing plans where such information already exists

What you will need:

  • Degree educated with a minimum of five years’ experience in a similar role
  • Customer focused, with experience of working with Intermediary’s
  • Proven agency management experience and people management skills
  • Experience of working with sales teams, with strong analytical skills
