This is a commercially-driven data marketing and UX role focused on increasing user engagement with the company through the successful management and deployment of user data. Based in Brighton the company offers a forward thinking and creative working space and the opportunity to work for a successful and growing company.


Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee the effective management of the group for marketing purposes and maximise its returns for the business
  • Identifyopportunities within key user segments based on preference data and behavioural characteristics
  • Capitalise on segment opportunities in terms of driving more effective audience segmentation, marketing, CRM and better service personalisation
  • Shape a programme to optimise the collection and updating of user data points throughout their lifecycle
  • Ensure the whole of the company is fully up-to-speed on all best-practice data marketing opportunities and issues
  • The role will be crucial in shaping and supporting the effective delivery of activity in core marketing areas

What you will need:


A solid grounding in management level experience within:

  • Data driven consumer marketing
  • Highly personalised websites
  • Across a range of CRM channels
  • The latest generation of DMPs

You will need to be:

  • Self-motivated, driven and goal orientated with a high tempo work ethic
  • Professional, with an analytical mind-set
  • Ability to embrace and adapt to change
  • Socially confident with the ability to connect and understand different types of people, through excellent communication skills including written and oral
  • Be super bright, with strong verbal, numerical and negotiation capability
  • Degree or equivalent (desirable not essential)
