Digital Account Executive ( In-house travel brand)

Salary up to £23,000 plus excellent benefits

Gatwick, West Sussex

Talent Hub are recruiting an Account Executive for a well known travel brand based in Gatwick. Working within the eCommerce space you will be involved in optimising traffic and conversion across their website, updating images and selecting content.

Key responsibilities for the Account Executive job include:

  • Accountable for collating, analysing and interpreting commercial data as instructed by the Performance Manager
  • Accountable for ensuring all contact centres are fully briefed on all online and offline campaigns
  • Accountable for tracking and recording key price messages that are used by competitors for marketing campaigns and making recommendations of the messages
  • Contribute to pro-actively managing web pages e.g. special offers pages, hotel/car splashpages and content banners, ensuring consistency of content and customer journey
  • Contribute to producing creative briefs for banner ads and special promotional pages
  • Contribute to analysing and interpreting booking data, web analytics and competitor analysis, identifying root causes and making recommendations to redress negative changes or optimise positive changes

For the Account Executive job you will need:

  • Degree qualified or similar digital marketing experience
  • Experience of working in the eCommerce or online retail space
  • Skills in using CMS and analysing data using Excel
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Agency experience could be beneficial for this role but not essential

The company offer 25 days holiday which rise to 29 days, bonus and flexible working.
