Digital Customer Experience Exec

Salary £25,000 per annum Gatwick, West Sussex

Talent Hub is working with an online travel company who are looking for a Digital Customer Experience Exec. This job will define and deliver a mix of customer experience projects, to ensure smooth usability of their website for their customers enabling commercial targets.

Key responsibilities for the Digital Customer Experience Manager include:

  • Website development projects; identify and respond to website improvements improve customer experience
  • Accountable for developing business cases for website projects
  • Responsible for the production and development of wireframes mock ups for projects
  • Contribute to project planning process in line with the commercial profile roadmap
  • Responsible for defining consumer research when needed
  • Responsible for planning, execution and user testing
  • Ensure all developments consider call centre usability and customer feedback

For this Digital Customer Experience Manager, you will need:

  • Degree qualified or equivalent in Digital or marketing subject, or Project Management qualification
  • Proven experience in project management and defining website improvements to enhance customer experience online
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience at all levels
  • At Customer, focused outlook and experience of improve customer online experience
  • Experience of working in the B2C travel or leisure space would be beneficial although not essential - agency or in house background welcome
