Digital Account Manager / Project Manager
Salary £35,000 – £40,000

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced digital account manager / project manager / producer to develop a long term career with this creative, innovative and successful agency. The purpose of this role is to manage a variety of technical projects, website builds, digital comms campaigns and Social Media stragies for a range of clients.
Overview of key requirements
- Obtain project briefs from clients and ensure the right information is secured to enable the project team to successfully meet client needs
- Development and implementation of project plans/schedules
- Oversee budgeting and resourcing of projects
- Maintain regular contact with clients and troubleshoot or escalate problems as required
- Liaise with and manage third party agencies on behalf of clients
- Evaluate all projects upon completion, including future recommendations for client consideration
- Set achievable goals and tasks, delegate opportunities and provide resources for staff to meet their goals; consistently measure and reward goal achievement
- Contribute to new business process, including identifying new business opportunities
What you will need:
- Proven experience in managing project teams technical teams within an agency environment
- Demonstrated experience managing budgets and resources
- Knowledge of and experience implementing project management principles
- Ability to use any given project timeline management tool
- Successfully manage suppliers and other third party agencies
- Ability to set achievable goals and tasks, delegate opportunities and provide resources for staff to meet their goals; consistently measure and reward goal achievement
- Demonstrate understanding of core financial constructs including revenue, profitability, pricing structures (hourly vs. retainer accounts), budgeting and forecasting
- Record, submit and approve time, expenses and POs to the right project
- Track and monitor project financials (eg. budget vs. actual)
