Head of Marketing Comms & CRM

Salary up to £75,000 

Brighton (plus working from home

Reporting to the CMO, this is a pivotal role leading CRM, customer comms, across brands. We need a marketing superstar who is keen to work within a flexible, progressive start-up that is creating real change in a number of industry sectors. You will be an experienced individual that can build relationships & trust, shape customer marketing strategy & approach whilst also being able to drive successful implementation.

Key responsibilities:

  • Leading CRM and comms strategy adapting to suit individual clients needs as required, shape approach across key customer lifecycle
  • Managing CRM data partner to deliver high quality email campaigns on time and on budget
  • Managing the creative studio to deliver high quality email creative and HTML,overseeing approval & archive process
  • Owning and driving the marketing retail calendar to ensure relevancy on site and in comms
  • Partnering with the product director (merchant offers) to ensure regular weekly earn offers are compelling and are in line with the marketing retail calendar
  • Partnering with promotions team to develop top up promotions strategy
  • Continual test and learn including subject lines, creatives
  • Leading customer analysis, MI and PCA performance reporting, working with data partner, drawing out key insights and learning, reporting to clients weekly
  • Advancing customer analytics to include tenure, partnering with the data

You will need:

  • Longstanding CRM, customer acquisition, retention, experience, ideally in financial services, retail and/or travel Industries
  • Excellent knowledge of CRM and email marketing best practice & capabilities
  • Be a people person, able to communicate and influence at all levels
  • Clear experience of driving & delivery of KPI driven marketing campaigns & their ongoing optimisation
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent knowledge of customer management, CRM and email marketing best practice & capabilities
  • Ability to work in shaping marketing strategy & driving performance improvements
