Head of Marketing

We are looking for an experienced commercial, Head of Marketing with skills in both SaaS and B2B.

With experience of leading marketing teams and driving new business growth across the USA, our client is looking for extensive account based marketing experience, as well as inbound, SEO analytics, partner and referral marketing.

Key responsibilities

  • Delivering and developing the marketing strategy – increasing brand awareness
  • Leadership and line management of marketing team
  • Work with the leadership team to define company level strategic objectives
  • Implement a repeatable, expandable ABM strategy, delivering KPI’s
  • Drive inbound marketing targets in conjunction with sales teams
  • Managing the marketing budget ensuring ROI
  • Maintaining excellent alignment with sales, customer success and product teams
  • Lead and stay up to date with best practices for marketing SaaS products, and championing these across the business

You will need:

  • Strategic global Marketing experience, in particular the American market.
  • Success in running Account Based Marketing campaigns to Europe and US markets
  • Experience of Partner and referral marketing campaigns, as well as community building
  • Experience of using CRM (salesforce), marketing automation (Hubspot) CMS’s as well as other marketing and sales software
  • Excellent data analytics skills, drawing meaning and insights from data to optimise and drive improvements
  • Experience of leading and motivating a marketing team, ensuring they are happy productive and deliver results. Supporting through coaching and mentoring.
