Talent Hub is working with an exciting company going through rapid growth and exciting global product launches. As they expand globally, they require a Market Research manager to assess the market, its customers base and what the trends are in their sector.  They need someone with skills in analysing data and making recommendations based on findings and results.

Responsibilities for this job include:

  • Lead market research to collect data on consumers, competitors and key markets and consolidate information into actionable items, reports and presentations
  • Undertake market research, across a variety of methods (mostly quantitative), to gain an in-depth understanding of the market to help support strategic business decisions
  • Monitor business KPIs
  • Use research to create customer personas and develop on target audiences
  • Interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations
  • Provide competitive analysis, identify market trends, pricing/business models and sales
  • Measure and monitor Net Promotor Score (NPS) on aftersales service

For this job you will have:

  • Previously worked in a similar role, either agency side or in-house for at least 4 or more years
  • Degree qualification in statistics, marketing or related fields. Also, an understanding of psychology or sociology would be advantageous.
  • Good quantitative background
  • Familiar with NPS research methodologies
  • Thorough understanding of pricing research and concept testing
  • Ability to interpret large amounts of data
  • Strong understanding of different data collection methods
  • Ability to format research findings into presentations and formal reports
