Cath trained as a professional actress, working on stage and screen, until she decided to give up the glitz and glamour of it all for recruitment.

She cut her teeth in London where she worked for 10 years as a recruiter at agencies that specialised in TV, film and advertising.

In 2010 Cath moved to Brighton and spent a year at a leading national recruitment agency, where she focused on marketing and office support jobs. There she excelled and was awarded ‘Newcomer of the Year’ award.

While working there she saw a gap in Brighton for a 'specialist' marketing recruitment company. In March 2011, Cath and Liz filled that gap, launching Talent Hub.

Cath is a member of the REC and is a qualified recruiter.
