So it’s been a year of home working and home schooling, video meetings and general confinement. And breathe!

Here in the land of Talent Hub we have seen that this lockdown has cemented working relationships and externally our clients feel teams have bonded through their lockdown, video meeting connection.

We have had all of our job hunting marketers meet prospective employers through the lense of the their PC or Mac. Sometimes a very daunting experience although often with a rewarding outcome. Many new starters are yet to physically meet their team or experience day to day life in the office.

The job market in the Sussex area has slowed down but it’s still with us! We are seeing that mainly the marketing opportunities we work on are with brands who are growing not replacing talent. I believe happy marketers will be loyal to their employers and thankful for the support and job security.

Also a call for contract or temporary support has been on the up. We now have some very happy a Marketing Manager, UX/CRO and PPC Manager in long term contract jobs. IR35 compliant.
