Account Director - Creative Agency (Freelance)

Talent Hub is working with an award winning marketing agency, based in central Brighton. With clients in all sectors, including travel, their expanding team is looking for a skilled Account Director in Brand marketing, strategy and ATL to lead a client services team and deliver best in class integrated campaigns.

For this Account Director job, you must have:

  • Proven skills in working on brand campaigns, ATL, TVC and ideally integrated marketing campaigns.

  • Created, written and developed brand strategies for various sectors, mainly B2C.

  • Line managed, motivated and mentored a team of Account Managers and SAM’s.

  • Worked at senior level internal stakeholders and clients alike.

  • Have excellent project management and ideally production skills.

  • Created detailed timing plans and costs estimates for internal resources and third party costs

  • Worked with global brands on various marketing deliverables and strategies.

  • Thrive in a smaller agency environment, getting the best out of your team and the wider internals resources.

  • Successfully developed strong client relationships, developing business, and being trusted ‘go to’ person for your clients.

Responsibilities of this Account Director job include:

  • Managing brand strategy and creative campaigns from brief to delivery

  • Writing brand strategy and creative briefs that excite and inspire

    Brand guardianship of the client brands that you are running

  • Develop strong and trusted client relationships, with senior clients and also day-today contacts

  • Experienced in managing a team a Senior Account Managers and Account Managers

  • Managing large productions, especially TVCs

  • Project lead for your accounts, working in collaboration with our clients and teams to deliver brand strategy and campaigns on time and on budget

  • Ensure job profitability with accurate scoping, budgeting and timely
