Account Manager – MarTech / SaaS
We are working with a global marketing technology agency based in Brighton, working with well know big brands you will responsible for building strong relationships, reporting on their activity and growth.
·Own the customer relationship and oversee all facets of delivery
·Contribute to achieving team targets across retention, platform engagement and opportunity generation
·Build relationships with key customer contacts with a view to a greater understanding of their needs and challenges
·Analyse and report on customer health and engagement on a regular basis
·Report on commercial opportunities at their weekly meeting
·Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver high quality work across planning and insight, SEO and analytics and ensure successful outcomes for customers
·Support Search experts in uncovering insights and formulating strategy based on customer objectives
·Manage all aspects of customer admin
What you will need:
·A good understanding of the digital space, a passion for Search and keeping up to date on the latest trends
·At least 2 years in a SaaS role, with a track record in successfully developing strong relationships with big brand customers
·Excellent communication skills - written, verbal (particularly on the phone), in person & presenting
·Ability to connect with internal and external stakeholders and develop lasting relationships with customers
Based in Brighton this role will involve some travel to meet clients and full expenses will be paid.
