We are looking for a skilled Creative Studio / Resources Manager, to manage a team of designers who create world class marketing assets and campaigns, through their projects, workload and deadlines. Working across multiple brands and a busy team of designers and marketing content creators, you will need to be excellent at planning, timing and project management. For the right person, this will be a highly rewarding and exciting job, working with a passionate team, delivering excellent digital marketing campaigns on social media platforms, for an exciting global consumer brand.

The responsibilities for this role are varied, here are just a few:

  • Working with the marketing team, you will look after all creative briefs for the designers, liaising with the brand champions, to ensure all work is booked in and that deadlines and briefs are booked in.

  • Having a creative eye and passion for digital marketing and thorough understanding of social media, photography and videography

  • Review the current process and create new systems, which are up to date to show an accurate schedule of all creative work, ensuring the most effective ways of working

  • Ensuring the successful delivery of all creative work through day to day co-ordination of creative team members, monitoring workloads, making sure teams are clear on requirements, priorities and timelines for each project

  • Reviewing all creative work meets the brief and copy check where required

  • Monitor projects and workloads based on occasionally changing priorities and adjust accordingly

  • Assisting with the management of freelance requirements and bookings

For this job you should have:

·Worked in a creative studio, either in-house for a retail, beauty or fashion brand, OR

·Worked for a marketing or advertising agency, manage the designers, tech’s and creatives

·Proven skills in project managing workflows and the resources required to get the job done

·Previously managed digital marketing campaigns, especially social media content.

·Briefed photographers, videographers, designers, copywriters and content creator.

·Have a passion for the beauty/wellbeing/health/fashion sectors

·Thrive in a busy creative environment.
