Salary £40,000 - £45,000

Reporting into the Head of CRM, this role is a key position supporting the planning, data and delivery of CRM across a range of well-known brands. They are looking for an experienced, proactive individual to join their virtual marketing team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the Head of CRM with comms strategy across all clients

• Delivery of high-quality campaigns, specifically email, SMS and push on time and on budget

• Proactively manage the brief to creative delivery process with the creative studio and with clients

• Support the Head of CRM with driving customer relevancy through the end-to-end campaign journey

• Delivering the marketing retail calendar

• Work alongside the Head of CRM in partnering with merchant offers team to develop and implement promotional strategy

• Shape the monthly plan working closely with the CRM Architects and the data analytics team on implementation and reporting

• Development of new CRM capabilities including personalisation such as dynamic content, subject lines, creative

What you will need:

• 3-5 year’s CRM experience, ideally in financial services, retail and/or travel industries

• Excellent knowledge of CRM and email marketing best practice & capabilities

• People person, able to communicate and influence at all levels

• Clear experience of driving & delivery of KPI driven marketing campaigns and ongoing optimisation

• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

• Excellent knowledge of customer management, CRM and email marketing best practice & capabilities

• Ability to support with the shaping of marketing strategy & driving performance improvements
