Talent Hub is working with an organisation which has global reach and hundreds of thousands of customers. The US and the UK being the largest markets. It’s a unique business in the travel space, with a very different offering. Their ever-growing business has received new funding which will primarily be focussed on marketing and reaching out to new audiences. The have ambitious growth plans and are exceeding them already. Having weathered the recent storm to the travel sector and retaining their client base, they are now looking for a CRM Manager to join the marketing team and be instrumental in helping them achieve their targets.

Responsibilities for the CRM Manager include:

  • Being responsible for the strategic planning and execution of communications campaigns

  • Strategically segment the data and work out tailored campaigns based on behavious and preferences. Acquisition and retention campaigns. Developing customer journeys and ensuring engagement, registration and sign-up. Including idea generation, proposal preparation, overseeing the production process and overseeing execution

  • Manage and mentor the CRM Exec.

  • Work with the wider marketing team, especially the content creators for assets for the CRM comms

  • Work with the Data Analyst and ensure the data is managed, segmented, utilised and analysed to the best standard.

  • Develop testing strategies to guarantee the most efficient approach for the organisation and its customers.

  • Develop CRM strategies across the business via channels such as email and app

For this CRM Marketing job you should have:

  • Worked in a similar role, working solely on CRM for at least 4 years.

  • Be skilled and experienced in using Salesforce CRM

  • Proven skills in developing CRM Strategies that have acquired business growth and retention

  • Top-quality analytical skills. A big part of your job involves testing, gathering and analysing data to help you understand your customer base.

  • Hands on with content creation and delivering campaigns, when required

  • Successfully managed and mentored junior members of a team, ideally.

  • Have moderate HTML skills and be able to understand and amend HTML coding when required.

  • Previously worked in a B2C environment, with a global customer base ideally.
