Hybrid Brighton or London

Talent Hub is working with an innovative company that offer a variety of solutions to all size of business, from start-ups, freelancers and corporates. Their expanding marketing team is now looking for a creative Digital Designer with skills and passion for UX design.You must have a good understanding of brand, design and user experience design for all digital formats.

Responsibilities for this job include:

  • Own the digital design strategy for the company and their various solutions

  • Build on and develop their brand guidelines and key assets for them and their sub-brands

  • Create, design and develop original graphic designs for use across web platforms including website, social media, blog and CRM channels

  • Create and deploy website user flows and wireframes the best user experience for their customers

  • Manage external designers, freelancers and developers and/or agencies where required

  • Manage all website updates/requests from internal stakeholders

  • Present and explain your designs to internal stakeholders

  • Create user focussed designs by understanding our key audiences and user feedback

For this job you must have:

  • At least 5 years digital design experience for an established company.

  • Proven skills in successfully designing web pages, emails, assets for social media channels, online advertising.

  • At least 2 years proven skills in UX Design for business websites. As we ll as a passion for UX, ensuring the best experience for users on the website.

  • Be creative and ideas led, which result in creative and on-brand designs for multiple digital channels.

  • Previously led and delivered a design strategy

  • Proficient using the Adobe suite of applications. Other platform experience such as Figma would be advantageous

  • Experience building website pages using platforms such as Wordpress and Webflow
