Digital Marketing Executive – SEO & PPC

Brighton, East Sussex

Office based, plus 1 day WFH

Salary circa £35,000 - £45,000

Talent Hub is working in partnership with multi-faceted business, part of global organisation. Their marketing team is now looking for a skilled person with hands on experience of managing SEO, Paid Social and Paid Search campaigns. Working with the content creator, designer and other members of the team, that work collaboratively on integrated campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity to join the team and working on their various brands and different sectors.

Responsibilities for this Digital Marketing Executive job include:

  • Develop the SEO strategy, alongside the Digital Marketing Manager, for the company’s websites.

  • Ensuring the websites are optimised, implement changes based on insights from data and improve SEO performance.

  • Create, deliver and manage Paid search and Paid Social strategy and campaigns, to increase awareness, engagement and drive inbound leads.

  • Monitor, review and refine target audiences, keywords, bidding strategy and ad sets used across campaigns.

  • Develop and delivery reports on key metrics and performance

  • Deliver seamless digital experience for users across all digital channels

  • Utilising the CMS to manage and publish optimised content

  • Health checks, testing and consistent updates and improvements to all sites.

For this Digital Marketing Executive job, you should have:

  • Worked in a similar role, managing digital Marketing campaigns for multiple brands.

  • Ideally from a B2B background and / or a highly regulated industry

  • Managed PPC and Paid Social campaigns, hands on and in-house, not through and agency

  • Have extensive knowledge and proven success in delivering SEO yourself, not through an agency

  • Previously managed social media campaigns, especially B2B on LinkedIn

  • Worked in a busy marketing team on integrated campaigns.

  • Be highly organised and deliver multiple projects on time
