Digital Product Manager (Part-time)

Hybrid / Crawley / North Sussex

Salary £40,000 pro rata (£20,000 for 2.5 days per week)

Newly created job-share in this large marketing team for a consumer-focused Travel Brand. We are looking for a Digital Product Manager, with skills in user experience, web optimisation for website and mobile apps. This exciting role is responsible for the development, management and optimisation of the company’s website and their mobile apps.

For this Digital Product Manager job you will need:

  • Previous experience in a Website Manager, UX or Digital Product Manager role

  • Skilled in working with complex websites or eCommerce platforms

  • To be confident in understanding UX and online user behaviour

  • Experience in delivering web/app projects

  • Excellent understanding of Google Analytics

  • Experience using A/B testing and user behaviour measurement tools

  • Experience of website cookie management an advantage

  • Experience working with EPiServer CMS and Umbraco is an advantage

Responsibilities for this Digital Product Manager job include:

  • Managing the digital platforms and implementing its digital strategy across all channels including the websites and apps

  • Responsible for the continual optimisation of the websites through A/B testing, heat mapping and user testing to ensure landing pages perform efficiently

  • Responsible for working closely with the Content, SEO, UX team and the wider business to ensure the digital platforms perform as expected and deliver the best possible customer experience

  • Managing the performance of their digital platforms

  • Responsible for providing project management and delivery of technical website and app enhancements from planning through to deployment

  • Working closely with the testing team to offer marketing direction and insight to help prioritisation and planning
