Salary up to £29,600

6 month Fixed Term Contract to permanent

Brighton / Hybrid 2 days office based and 3 from home

Talent Hub are delighted to working with a local Brighton based company in the learning sector who are growing their email marketing team. You will create and deliver a wide range of email communications through their bespoke CRM, driving engagement and interaction.

Key responsibilities include:

• Development, delivery and evaluation of CRM and direct email communications.

• Create email communications supporting with design and content creation.

• Support with the development of their email marketing strategy.

• Monitor the performance of email marketing campaigns using analytics tools, as well as Google Analytics.

• Use Excel to segment email data when required and be able to analyse and review campaign reports.

What you will need:

• Previous experience in a CRM or Email Marketing role with knowledge of email automation.

• Some experience in HTML and good working knowledge of Excel.

• Experienced in copywriting for a wide variety of email content.

• Fantastic organisation skills and ability to juggle multiple CRM campaigns.

• Some Social Media skills and experience of working to brand guidelines.
