Salary up to £35,000

Our Team at Talent Hub are working with a career-focused company based in the Brighton area and we’re looking for an Email Marketing Executive to join their growing marketing team!

As their Email Executive you’ll work on things email, customer lifecycle, email and CRM.

You will be helping them connect with their audience in smarter, more meaningful way through CRM and email marketing.

For this job you be responsible for:

• Running and optimising email campaigns and automated workflows

• Owning their CRM platform and driving smart segmentation and personalisation

• Working with Sales to align campaigns with lead generation goals

• Using data to test, learn and improve performance

• Helping shape the full customer journey with behaviour-driven marketing

What you will need for this job: 

• 2+ years in CRM/email marketing execuive role, with a focus on customer engagement

• Experience of optimising lead/customer contact journeys and email workflows

• Experience of working on lead contact strategies that integrate email, SMS, and WhatsApp
