Talent Hub are working in partnership with a global health and well-being brand based near Worthing. Joining a talented, supportive, and growing design team this is a brand-new Designer job, due to expansion within their team. This is a busy role working across a wide range of design outputs, working from concept through to delivery, creating artwork, print design, digital assets for customer facing content and campaigns. You will also have the opportunity to liaise with design teams globally.

Key responsibilities for the Graphic Designer include:

  • Delivering artwork and creating assets for website promotions and social media campaigns

  • Creating images, graphics and infographics for their product portfolio and website

  • Working to tight brand company guidelines

  • Collaborating on the development of new design layouts.

  • Support with collateral for events, such as flyers, banners, posters

  • Providing support to the Design team for ad hoc projects and collaborate with the marketing department.

  • Assist with photography; setting up lights, taking photos of products and people

Experience you will need for this Graphic Designer job:

  • Around 4 years design experience in a design studio or agency environment

  • Strong working knowledge in the following applications: Adobe CC suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, After Effects), Microsoft 365 and Canva experience would also be good but not essential

  • Experience with both Mac and Windows PC platforms

  • Experience with brand management

  • Experience of print processes and creating print-ready artwork

  • Comfortable working to multiple deadlines

  • High attention to detail is a must regarding brand guidelines, layout,

  • Recent website or portfolio displaying a variety of design experience
