Head of eCommerce

Salary up to £65,000 plus bonus

Talent Hub are working with a successful yet growing consumer retail brand based in East Sussex. Leading eCommerce growth driving Paid, Social, Email, UX and CRO. You will be working with an in house team taking the brand to the next level. Improving website conversions, checkout performance and lifetime customer value, will be key areas of development.

Key responsibilities:

·Leading, managing, motivating and growing the e-Commerce team

·Delivering high quality traffic to the site through a mix of strategies to meet overall revenue, margin and CPA targets, including: Paid Search, Organic Search, Social Media, Email Marketing and Affiliates.

·Delivering a robust marketing and promotional plan for the site

·Fully managing the company website with a view to maximizing overall conversion rate

·Understanding the customer journey across product pages, basket and checkout pages, identifying pinch points and opportunities

·Develop desktop and mobile sites including technical development, speed, availability

·Analysis and reporting - developing regular insightful analysing & reporting on web analytics

·Budget management

What you will need:

•eCommerce Manager or Head of Ecommerce Manager background working with transactional websites, ideally B2C.

•Good working knowledge of Magento, HTML, Google Analytics, SEM Rush (or similar)

•Experienced in managing and motivating an eCommerce team

•Data focused and commercial background to dig deeper into results and improve performance

•Budget management and reporting experience
