Talent Hub is working in partnership with a global organisation, with offices in Hailsham, Sussex. Their ever-expanding team is looking for Junior Graphic Designers with a passion for creativity, branding, digital design and product innovation to join their marketing team.

Now they are in an exciting transition into streamlining, automation, innovation and especially creativity. They a looking for ambitious, passionate and creative designers with either a Degree or one year Design work experience.

This Junior Graphic Designer job involves:

• Designing content for social media, websites, print, and more, whilst adhering to brand guidelines

• Using your initiative to be proactive and contribute creative ideas and concepts.

• Create engaging visuals from concept to execution.

• Contributing to and supporting basic motion design and video editing tasks, including Adobe After Effects & Premiere Pro

• Using efficiencies such as templates, workflows and design systems. Contributing to build a library of reusable assets that make design faster and smarter·

For this Graphic Designer job, you should have:

• Ideal a degree in creative design or equivalent

• Or at least one year work experience as a Graphic Designer for a business

• A portfolio that shows creativity, and a good grasp of design fundamentals

• Proven skills in Adobe Creative Suite

• A passion for latest design trends and innovations

• Confident in working with wider team, internal and external stakeholders and a proactive approach to work

• Interest in AI, Automation and Design Systems.
