Operations Manager- Charity (CLOSED)

Talent Hub are delighted to be supporting a Brighton based Charity grow. Joining as Operations Manager you will be managing and motivating an existing team. This is an unique job, delivering their workers programmes, managing audits and monitoring, evaluating data and performance.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage the operations programme for charity workers across their locations

  • Support Head of Commercial Programmes in developing key objectives

  • Ensure all data is monitored and performance KPI’s are achieved

  • Lead and motivate their recruitment team

  • Report on commercial activity

  • Participate in overseas Agent audits

  • Manage and report on data using Excel

What you will need for this Operations Manager job:

  • Experience in managing teams and writing appraisals, a background in Operations within Customer Services, Travel or Recruitment could be ideal for this role but not essential

  • Strong Excel skills, be able to interrogate and report on data sets

  • Experience of using databases and working to key targets or goals

  • Super star organisational skills, with a flexible approach to support the team

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Based in Brighton the company offer good benefits and the chance to make a difference to the local community and peoples lives. 35 hour week, 9am – 5pm
