Operations Manager - Creative Agency

Salary £38,000 - £40,000

Brighton and Hove - 2 days office based

Talent Hub is working in partnership with a Creative Communications Agency in the Brighton and Hove area. We are looking for an analytical and strategic agency side, operations project management whizz who can own operations across finance, HR, Clients and traffic management.You will be working directly with their Managing Director and their wider creative account management team and clients. This is an role which offers long term development and and growth.

Key responsibilities for this Operations Manager include:

  • Producing reports for management, analysing data, and providing recommendations around financial reporting, budget tracking and client ROI

  • Managing and improving their administrative processes.

  • Supporting the Managing Director with tracking internal staff hours, holidays, and other HR-oriented tasks.

  • Supporting client teams with scoping and contracts, and keeping client data up-to-date across both digital and creative as required.

  • Owning traffic management, resource planning, and analysis. You’ll be working closely with the Managing Director to ensure they have the right people in the right roles in order to manage client needs effectively.

  • Organising events and the agency calendar.

  • Managing their facilities, deliveries, and sample movement on site, in their office space, and at their storage facility.

What you will need:

  • Previous agency side experience in an operations or project management role

    At least three years of experience in a similar role in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to interact with teams and people at all levels, internally and externally, on a regular basis

  • Experience of resource planning

  • Great IT skills - experience working across a range of online platforms (time-tracking software, Excel, Basecamp, Google suite, Monday.com, and Paprika, Zero)
