Paid Media Manager (in-house) - Closed

Remote (must be UK based)

Talent Hub is working with a Global company, and their UK based marketing team (mostly in London and Sussex) is now looking for a skilled Paid Search Manager. This role covers the EMEA region and is not just a strategic role, it is also hands on delivery of large budgets for various paid media – mainly paid search.  This job would be most suited to someone who managed PPC campaigns for clients in an agency background. 

This is a fast-paced environment, with a passionate and growing team, who frequently work with colleagues in the States. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a fresh challenge, to reshape their current PPC and roll out new and more efficient campaigns. 

Responsibilities for this PPC Manager include:

  • Create strategies for the Paid Media Campaign activity across the EMEA region

  • Build, execute, test, and optimize Google Adwords and Bing Ads campaigns.

  • Identify keyword performance trends and insights at a large scale using real-time performance data

  • Create, update, and maintain regular reporting to share with internal teams

  • Work cross functionally to create advertising campaigns & messaging tests

  • Collaborate and assist in developing international SEM strategy

  • Manage relationships with search engine representatives and take advantage of new beta offerings and tools

  • Provide competitive keyword analysis across business units

For this job, you must have:

  • Previously worked in a similar role, either in-house or digital marketing agency, managing large budgets and delivering complex campaigns

  • Be educated to Degree level, ideally in Marketing or Business

  • Have 4-7 years experience directly managing SEM, preferably within B2B sector

  • Google Adwords and Bings Ads certification required

  • Proficiency in Salesforce and SA 360 (Google Marketing Platform suite of products)

  • Experience optimizing to large budgets and meeting/exceeding monthly goals for spend, revenue, customer acquisition, and other key performance metrics

  • Exceptional analytical skills, including data manipulation and financial analysis
