Paid Media Manager (in-house)

Salary Circa £40,000 - £48,000

Brighton / Sussex / Hybrid

Fantastic opportunity for a Paid Media Executive looking for a step up. We are looking for a Paid Social and Paid Search Manager, to join a successful eCommerce business that operate globally and have an office in Brighton.

Responsibilities for this Paid Media Manager job include:-

  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid search and shopping strategies across platforms relevant channels.

  • Manage and optimise keyword targeting, bid strategies and ad copy to maximise ROI and achieve performance goals.

  • Deliver and manage regular performance analysis and optimisation, including A/B testing and campaign refinements.

  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates to stakeholders.

  • Keep up to date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to implement innovative strategies and tactics.

  • Manage budgets effectively, allocating resources to achieve optimal results and ROI.

For this Paid Media Manager job, you should have:-

  • Extensive hand on experience of managing Paid Social and Paid Media campaigns, either in-house or agency.

  • In-depth knowledge of Google Adwords and other PPC platforms, as well as Meta and other social media platforms.

  • Proven experience in Paid Media management for a consumer brand, ideally eCommerce.

  • Proven experience in paid search and shopping campaign management

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimise campaign performance.

  • Experience managing budgets, forecasting performance, and achieving targets in a performance-driven environment.

  • Certifications in Google Ads, Bing Ads, or other relevant digital advertising certifications are a plus.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or Tableau.
