Fantastic opportunity to join a growing FMCG business working directly into the Sales & Marketing Director. Working alongside internal stakeholders, suppliers & distribution partners we are looking for a Product Manager to ensure the best product offering, as well as be the expert in leading the go-to-market for their product.

You will take a view on their product offering, Gap analysis, missing USPs as well as upcoming market trends to ensure their products are evolving in line with consumer needs. They are also looking for an individual who also has a deep understanding of product pricing and positioning across a variety of routes to market.

This role will line manage their small, yet dynamic, marketing department who have marketing communication knowledge and experience.

What you will need:

• Product Manager or Marketing Manager within a regulated industry, preferably medical devices

• Experience of line managing a small team of marketers

• Experience within FMCG would be desirable but not essential

• Experience of creating B2B and B2C product marketing campaigns

• Success in obtain data and insight to form product campaign, development, identify opportunities

• Excellent stakeholder management and communcation skills
