Managing a team of 5 Digital Marketing Executives the Digital Marketing Manager will optimise performance, drive digital and content marketing strategies across products.

You will work as part of a large, supportive and talented integrated marketing team. This is a brand new role to develop due to company growth.

​

Responsibilities for the Digital Marketing Manager job include:

​

·Manage and motivate digital marketing projects supporting the Head of Digital Marketing

·Act as Digital Project Lead on all customer communications, marketing strategy and budget management, people management

·Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across Social, Email, Display, SEM,PPC, UX

·Manage external agencies

·Manage and improve campaign performance

​

For this Digital Marketing Manager job you will need:

​

·Experience of leading a digital marketing team within a financial services or highly regulated sector

·Integrated inbound marketing background across b2c and b2b

·Experience across customer insight , data analytics, segmentation, customer journey mapping

·Broad technical, digital marketing background

·Experience of working with a matrix marketing department combining multi channel marketing campaigns
