SEO Executive- Inhouse

Salary £30,000 - £40,000

Hove / Remote

We are looking for 2 SEO super stars to join a well-known brand based in Brighton and Hove and with offices located across the UK and Europe.

As well as delivering technical SEO across their large website you will be responsible for stakeholder management, presenting , reporting at senior level with exposure across the business. You will be leading SEO working across some exciting 'change focused' projects where your work will make an impact. 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing, delivering and optimising the SEO Strategy working in collaboration with key stakeholders

  • You will define a delivery and operational plan coordinating SEO activity including onsite and offsite enhancements and keyword expansion research that will inform and guide content and product teams

  • You will be responsible for shaping the SEO change pipeline, you will lead insight generation, value assessment and identify CX opportunities. You will develop a framework for the ongoing monitoring and measurement of SEO performance to achieve continuous improvement

  • Contribute to strategy to amplify engagement in SEO through employee advocacy across the business and working on building a Community based on engagement and outreach

What you will need:

  • Proven record in SEO with a minimum of 2 years of experience agency side or inhouse

  • Up to date experience with the latest trends and best practice of SEO

  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments

  • Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms

  • Working knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, DeepCrawl and SEMrush

  • CMS and basis HTML as well as ability to copywrite to support website change
