Senior SEO & PPC Executive (in-house)

Hybrid / North Sussex


Talent Hub is looking for a skilled Digital marketeer, with skills in SEO and PPC. This role would ideally suit someone from an agency background, or someone with a few years in-house management of organic SEO and Paid Media. This role includes developing the role out and management of the strategy and campaign management, and also managing the digital marketing agencies.

Responsibilities for this SEO & PPC Executive job include:

  • Working with the Marketing team to create and execute high qualitysearch marketing strategy designed to deliver the annual business objectives

  • Working collaboratively across the marketing department including PR and Social teams to be the got to person for search, ensuring best practice is adhered to at all times, campaigns aredelivered on time, to budget and achieve the agreed marketing KPIs

  • Working collaboratively to implement technical SEO recommendations

  • Collaborate with content team to deliver Landing page optimisation for all Search campaigns

  • Responsible for day to day search analytics to inform the performance of campaigns, and informing the weekly and adhoc website reporting.

  • Responsible for providing keyword research for the business products & services to inform the search marketing strategies.

  • Working with the Digital agencies on SERPs analysis with a focus on local SEO, Google Snippets and Google maps, Yext to deliver productive campaigns.

For this SEO & PPC Executive job you will need:

  • Experienced in SEO website optimisation techniques across high traffic websites, ideally ecommerce or travel

  • Experience using tools such as Moz, ahrefs and SEMRush, YEXT, Adthena

  • Agency management ideal

  • Travel and/orleisure market experience an advantage

  • Good understanding of how Paid Search fits into the wider digital and marketing mix, and an ability to explain and justify your strategy based on data and insights

  • Must be able to manage multiple work streams and prioritise effectively to ensure deadlines are met

  • Positive and enthusiastic with a can-do attitude
