CRM Manager – Customer Lifecycle Marketing

Brighton and Hove – Hybrid, 4 days a week in the office, 1 day from home

Salary up to £40,000

Our Team at Talent Hub are working with a career-focused company based in the Brighton area — and we’re looking for a CRM superstar to join their growing marketing team!

As their CRM Manager, you’ll take the lead on all things email, customer lifecycle, and CRM strategy — helping them connect with their audience in smarter, more meaningful ways.

You’ll work closely with Sales teams in the UK, and across the globe to make sure their comms help convert leads, engage customers, and support their journey every step of the way.

For this CRM Manager job you be responsible for:

  • Running and optimising email campaigns and automated workflows

  • Owning their CRM platform and driving smart segmentation and personalisation

  • Working with Sales to align campaigns with lead generation goals

  • Using data to test, learn and improve performance

  • Helping shape the full customer journey with behaviour-driven marketing

What you will need for this CRM Manager job:

  • 2+ years in CRM/email marketing management role, with a focus on customer engagement

  • Experience with platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce or ActiveCampaign

  • A data-led mindset and strong collaboration skills, experience of coding would be beneficial although not essential

  • A passion for creating brilliant customer experiences through email marketing
