Talent Hub is working in partnership with a retail brand who are going through a phase of growth. We are looking for an Email or CRM Manager or Senior Executive with experience in planning and delivery as well as delving into analysis to form future campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Developing engaging, impactful, and personalised automated email campaigns that drive retention and loyalty

• Design creative and engaging content for campaigns

• Drive email strategy and campaign planning by analysing performance and KPIs

• Lead and execute strategy and campaign planning by analysing performance

• Provide recommendations to the wider marketing team for new and existing campaigns including flows, and other campaigns which trigger the automation process

• Create A/B tests for campaign optimisation on numerous devices and platforms

• Monitor email list health and segmentation strategy

What you will need

• Experience in CRM campaign management and customer analysis tools

• Exceptional analytical skills.

• Experience with ESPs

• Excellent organisational, analytical and computer skills required, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Strong learning capabilities, agility and a consumer focus mind-set are crucial to succeed

• Experience using detailed facets of Excel and VBA required to maintain analytics and reporting dashboards
