Marketing Manager – South West region
This role is responsible for delivering effective local marketing activity across a group of locations, including Cornwall, Dorset and Devon. Working closely with sales teams, Head office (based in South East) and agency partners, you’ll translate national campaigns into high-impact regional and local plans, ensuring each location is supported with relevant, engaging marketing that drives performance.
This is an exciting job for an ambitious marketeer, looking to work with multiple teams. Being a car ower and driver is essential, as this job involves travel across several locations in the South West.
Responsibilities for this job include:
Supporting organic social media, email campaigns, and website updates to increase local visibility
Delivering local marketing plans across a portfolio of locations, aligned to national promotional strategies
Working closely with sales teams to tailor campaigns to local audiences and priorities
Leading regular regional planning calls to review performance and agree upcoming activity
Driving collaboration across to locations maximise reach, efficiency, and shared budgets
Developing and rolling out regional toolkits, campaigns, and partnership initiatives
Acting as the main marketing contact for locations within your region, offering guidance and support
Supporting wider national marketing projects, trials, and new initiatives across the regionProven experience in a marketing role within a multi-site or regional business
The experience you will need for this Regional Marketing Manager job include:
Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within a multi-site, regional, or customer-facing business. Ideally from either travel or retail.
Ability to drive and ravel to various location in Cornwall, Devon and Dorset, as well as Kent HQ. flexible on time and the occaision over night stay (costs covered)
Hands-on delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple locations
Experience working with stakeholders across sales, agencies, and central teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
