Talent Hub is managing a superb opportunity to join a UK Luxury Brand as Marketing Manager.
With a sharp eye for brand and storytelling, you will have the opportunity to take full ownership of their marketing, from planning to delivery.
Working as part of the senior leadership team, this Marketing Manager role is ideal for a creative, ideas-led, collaborative Marketing Professional with a track record of motivating and leading small teams. You will also be contributing to company wide direction and decision making.
This dynamic Marketing Manager position really is a pivotal role that requires an agile approach and an innovative mindset.
Key responsibilities for the Marketing Manager job include:-
Lead and motivate a Senior Marketing Executive, collaborate with the wider business and digital agency.
Pick up and run the UK and USA marketing strategy, plan and budget.
Oversee campaigns across digital, print, PR, events, as well as showroom events and product. Launches.
Approve social, email, web and digital content campaign activity.
Use analytics to track performance and improve activity.
Work closely with their Design Director on visual standards, shoots and visual merchandising.
Deliver product launches, showroom events and trade shows.
Support the Sales teams with tools to grow enquiries and key industry relationships.
What you will need for this Marketing Manager job:-
At least 3 years of experience in a Marketing Management position working within Retail, Luxury, Arts, Design or Interiors sectors.
Success in planning and delivery of integrated b2c and b2b marketing campaigns, with a brand awareness and product launch/ engagement focus, ideally aimed at the high net worth market.
Experience in budget and agency management, skilled in planning with a hands on approach to delivery and campaign analysis.
Experience with Salesforce and Klayvio benefical although not essential.
A strong communicator, able to work with design, sales and senior leadership.
