Digital Designer

Working from home and 2 days in Tonbridge / Maidstone area office.

£30,000 - £32,000

Talent Hub is looking for an energetic, passionate, and talented Digital Designer with skills in motion graphics, video and designing for all digital platforms. Our client has an established marketing team which includes a small team of designers who cover all the branding in all formats. They are a busy, fast paced team who work collaboratively towards a collective goal – passionate about the business and the products they create.

They are looking for a mid-weight designer who is a creative person, full of ideas and energy. Working alongside the wider marketing team and the web dev team, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a large organisation with a huge presence both on the high street and online retail.

They require someone with at least 5 years’ experience in designing for digital platforms. Ideally from a B2B background in consumer goods. A portfolio of previous work, showcasing a breadth of experience in designing everything from web pages, emails, social media content, videos, banner ads is required. Responsibilities for his Digital Designer role include:

  • Delivering excellent quality designs for all digital formats and platforms, in-line with the brand guidelines, although also pushing boundaries of creativity.

  • Solve problems creatively and take the lead on projects, bringing passion and original thought to the design process from strong idea generation through to final artwork, pushing to ensure the creative brief is fully explored.

  • Manage and mentor a junior member of the design team.

  • Add value and ideas to campaigns and briefs. Being an integral part of the team and ensuring that campaigns are integrated, engaging and consistently on brand.

  • Create animated content, motion graphics and edit video content for multiple platforms

  • Ensuring best practises are adhered to with all designs and content.

  • Being skilled in the entire Adobe Creative Suite is essential

  • Managing multiple projects and ensuring deadlines are met.
