Ecommerce Manager  - Retail, sports brand 

Remote working & 1 day in South Coast office

Salary £40,000 to £60,000 per annum 

We are looking to talk to eCommerce Manager's with multi brand, Website Trading experience within online Retail. Joining a growing marketing team, with VC backing, you will take their website and sales to the next level.

This is a strategic and also hands on role, key position within this succesful global eCommerce business.

Long term growth the eCommerce Director.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensure Conversion Rate Optimisation is market leading

• Responsible for UX reviews and recommendations and improvements

• Develop and implement profitable offers, online exclusives, bundles and campaigns for the online channel

• Propose and implement promotional opportunities, also maintain a content and promo plan

• Increase average order value

• Maximising sales targets and continued growth across multiple brands and sites 

• Work with the wider marketing team on integrated campaigns activity, including CRM email, Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns

• Analyse website trends, dwell time, abandonment, user journeys

What you will need:

• Success in a Website Trading Manager or eCommerce Manager role within B2C

• Success improving UX and Conversion Rates

• Proven success in online retail, multi brand ideally in global markets

• Expertise on an eCommerce platform, ideally Shopify

• Have a broad knowledge of all digital marketing channels and activities

• Have a solid understand of UX, SEO, PPC and CRM

• Be target driven and commercially astute
