As Head of Digital Customer Experience you will own digital development and delivery, setting the organisations strategy to drive engagement and interaction. Working into the Chief Commercial Officer and leading a growing team, this an opportunity to make an impact leading this successful company into their next exciting chapter.

We are looking for

• ·Proven track record in a leadership role within Digital Customer Experience, Digital Product or Digital Strategy

• ·Successfully created and delivered impactful Customer Experience Strategies

• ·Experience of working within a highly regulated industry

• ·Proven ability to lead teams to deliver cutting edge digital services to engage customers, improve customer satisfaction and commercial results

• ·Experience in managing Product Management and Web Development teams as well as commercial budget

• ·Strong negotiation skills, data and insight focused

Key responsibilities for the Head of Digital Experience:

• ·Working across consumer and business areas, you will set the customer journey into a road map of projects and initiativeswith clear outcomes and targets

• ·Develop a road map of change, creating a digital first organisation

• ·Strategically own and product manage key business areas driving products, creating a successful customer journey online

• ·Develop offline CX activities

• ·Manage third part tech providers and product partners

• ·Bring in best User Experience practice, customer first design to all digital services, experiences and propositions

• ·Manage a growing team of product managers
