3 days in the Worthing office, 2 days WFH.

Salary £40,000 - £50,000

Talent Hub is working in partnership with a successful company which create and sell their popular consumer goods instore and online. Following their growth, the marketing team is looking for a Marketing Manager from a retail or FMCG background. Skills in people management, mentoring and strategy is required for this role. The responsibilities for this job include:

• Empower and lead the marketing team to deliver on the growth objectives with a core focus on community building, innovation and with solid focus on data

• Delivering effective awareness driving campaigns, community engagement & acquisition activities across multiple touchpoints including Social Media, Performance Marketing, Campaign Marketing, Retention marketing , Press, Partnerships and Content

• All leadership and management of a team at varying stages of their career

• Always keeping our commercial growth objectives & brand values at the forefront of all you and the team do

• Using data & research on a daily basis to make informed decisions

Requirements for this job include:

• Previously worked in an integrated Marketing Manager role for a B2C, consumer goods / FMCG and retail background is required

• Proven skills in people management and mentoring

• Successfully delivered marketing campaigns for brand awareness, retention, customer engagement and ideally both online and instore

• Be an expert in digital marketing, analytics and strategy
