Paid Media Manager (in-house, retail)

Salary £30,000 - £45,000

Talent Hub is working in partnership with a well-established company in the D2C retail space. Being an environmentally conscious business, products are made from natural materials, are sustainable and the packaging is plastic free. The company is going through another phase or growth and are on track to reaching their ambitious sales targets this year.

Their busy marketing team is now looking for a skilled Paid Search Manager. This job will focus on creating the strategy, delivering the campaigns, reporting on the results and in a few months - managing a junior member to help run the PPC, Paid Social and print media campaigns for the business and their several brands and websites.This job is 80% PPC and if you have experience of managing paid social and print ads, that is hugely beneficial.

For this job, you must have proven skills in the following:

  • ·Creating paid media strategies, that are in line with the company’s targets and the objectives

  • ·Hands on delivery of Paid media campaigns with six figure budgets every month.

  • ·Growing the brand and sales reach internationally.

  • ·All forms and platforms of paid search, including Google, Bing, Display, Amazon etc

  • ·Paid social ads on Facebook and Instagram

  • ·Owning relationships with Google, Bing and other affiliates and tech partners

  • ·People management and mentoring junior staff members

  • ·Creating and optimising campaigns, including landing pages

  • ·Keyword research and planning

  • ·Reporting and analysis

  • ·Ensuring customer acquisition targets for each channel are met or exceeded.

  • ·Having worked for a Digital Marketing agency or in-house for a retail/consumer brand is advantageous.
