Near Worthing, West Sussex

We are looking for a Social Media Manager who has the creative edge and vibe to improve and engage with our clients customers driving this exciting and refreshing brand.

Coming from an FMCG or Retail backgroundwe are looking for a Social Media super star to build on social community channels, create innovative and inclusive customer communication.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver a social media marketing plan across multiple channels

  • Drive growth and engagement opportunities through community engagement and acquisition activities

  • Deliver effective storytelling and creative campaigns across their community channels

  • Work with internal stakeholders to deliver community strategy that surprises and delights their customers

What you will need

  • Have successful delivered in a brand focused Social Media Manager role

  • Basic design skills as well as super copywriting and briefing experience

  • Line management experience or the passion to do so

  • Experience of social media and community channel reporting, content and marketing calendars

  • Mindset for using data and research on a daily basis to inform decisions for social
